Sand dunes is a family friendly destination. It offers an indoor pool and hotub. Outside you can enjoy the pool, lazy river and the kids will love the splash pad.
Enjoy your vacation in this beautifully updated luxury unit. Master bedroom has King bed and a master bathroom. Two other bedrooms feature 2 full beds, the living room sofa has a queen pullout.
Bedding, bath towels (12), hand towels (4), Washcloths (6) and makeup washcloths (6) are provided. Hand soap, body bar soap, dish soap, dishwasher detergent pods, washer detergent pods, paper towels, toilet paper and basic k cup assortment.
Fully redesigned kitchen with large countertops to easily serve the entire family. The kitchen is stocked with basic cookware and supplies. Basic spices, foil, plastic wrap etc...
Note: The onsite water park is not accessible by guests.

Post booking-
Picture of Id is required after booking and confirming you have read the house descriptions and rules. A rental Agreement will be sent, it is required to be signed. A $300 security deposit will be held. 
We will send the unit number, door code and Wifi Password the day of check in.
Check in-
If you park in parking garage, the elevator will bring you to the 11th floor. Place the parking pass in your vehicles with your phone number in the reservation number, no dashes. Wristbands will need to be worn to access the resort.
Checkout-
Wet towels can be left in bathtub.
Logout of accounts on tv.
We ask that you load and start the dishwasher but is not required, detergent pods are under kitchen sink.
Verify door is locked behind you when you leave.

 

Rates & Availability

Cancellation Policy: One hundred percent (100.00%) of the total booking charges will be refunded if the cancellation is made more than 30 days prior to the arrival date of the reservation. Fifty percent (50.00%) of the total booking charges will be refunded if the cancellation is made more than 14 days prior to the arrival date of the reservation. For cancellations made within 14 days prior to the arrival date, no refund will be issued.
